Built for the people who carry everyone else.
Trauma, burnout, and depression therapy for first responders, military, and healthcare workers — the high performers who are running on empty. In person in South Ogden and virtual across Utah.
Accepting new clients now — no waitlist
You spend your career holding the line. You deserve a place to set it down.
First responders
Police, fire, EMS, and dispatch. Therapy that understands shift work, critical incidents, and the cost of always running toward the call.
Military & veterans
Active duty, guard, reserve, and veterans. A safe place to finally set down what you carried home.
Healthcare workers
Nurses, medics, doctors, and techs facing compassion fatigue and moral injury after years on the front line.
High performers in burnout
Still showing up, but running on empty. Let's rebuild before the tank hits zero.
Prepared. Acceptance.
The name is the method. We build the skills to face hard things head-on — and we make room to accept what can't be controlled, so it stops running the show.
Two evidence-based tools do most of the heavy lifting.
Acceptance & Commitment Therapy
ACT helps you make room for hard thoughts and feelings without letting them run the show — then take committed action toward the life and values that matter to you.
Best for burnout, depression, and feeling stuck.
EMDR
Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing helps your brain reprocess traumatic memories so they lose their grip — without needing to relive every detail out loud.
Best for trauma, PTSD, and critical incidents.

Questions, answered
Do you accept my insurance?
I accept most major insurances — including Tricare, PEHP, SelectHealth, Regence, Optum, and Aetna — plus many Employee Assistance Programs (EAPs). If you don't see your plan, reach out and we'll figure it out together.
Are sessions in person or virtual?
Both. I see clients in person at my South Ogden office and virtually anywhere in Utah. Many first responders and shift workers prefer the flexibility of telehealth.
Are you taking new clients right now?
Yes — I'm currently accepting new clients with day and evening hours, and there's no waitlist. I see clients Monday through Friday.
I've never done therapy. What's the first session like?
No pressure and no script. The first session is about getting to know you, what brought you in, and what you want to be different. We go entirely at your pace.
You've spent long enough carrying it alone.
Booking takes two minutes. Monday through Friday, day or evening, in person or virtual.
